The imperative of training in values in the management of educational quality in higher education institutions in Mexico.
Abstract
The present work aims to carry out a conceptual exploration and theoretical reflection on the management of educational quality in higher education institutions in Mexico, considering that training in values constitutes a total premise in the aforementioned management. Thus, from an axiological perspective, educational quality constitutes a value, which is why the promotion of training in universal values in higher education centers is justified as an important way, not exclusive but privileged, to establish an effective culture of institutional educational quality.
