An approach to a Public Policy Proposal to improve attention regarding mobbing at the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico.
Abstract
It is known that it is relatively common for friction between colleagues, bosses and subordinates to appear; However, situations frequently characterized by psychological violence, a limit exercised by one person or, where appropriate, by a groupof people, in a methodical way and for a long time, against a person in the workplace should not be confused. In the search for information regarding the subject at the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico, it was not possible to find any form of formal attention, which would give an answer to the attention specifically of mobbing; Therefore, an investigation is proposed that will present a proposal for Public Policy at the University with the intention of improving attention with respect to mobbing.
