Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the approach to gender violence from the perspective of legal regulations in the most prominent Peruvian cases in times of pandemic. The methodology corresponds to the qualitative approach, with an inductive method in a case study. It is concluded from an in-depth analysis of the approach to gender violence from the perspective of legal regulations in Peruvian cases in times of pandemic, that the rights to life and health of numerous victims have been violated, and it is confirmed that as social confinement occurred, tension grew and cases of gender violence worsened.
