Abstract

Food demands in times of pandemic have increased. International regulations guarantee this right, but sometimes parents do not have the financial means to cover these pensions, so the parents choose to make use of the urgency ballot. In these cases, the Judges issue coercion measures, so it is proposed to avoid overcrowding of people in the Babahoyo Deprivation of Liberty Centers, and in this way, prevent adolescent boys, girls and their parents from being emotionally harmed. and fulfill their obligation. For its resolution, a case study related to the highlighted problem will be developed, and the proposed prevention measures will be finalized.
