Critical analysis of the applicability of reinstatement to public service.
Abstract
Entry into public service in Ecuador is established under the Organic Law of Public Service (LOSEP). This serves to determine the best people, professionalism, knowledge and ethics to provide their services. The objective of this research is to analyze a project to reform the LOSEP for the applicability of the re-entry of employees removed from their position in a public institution, elected by popular vote. The methodology has an explanatory investigation, using theoretical-practical methods, with which the results contribute to elucidate the re-entry to the institution that was elected by popular vote and from which he was dismissed.
