The amortization in the payment of alimony in Ecuador.
Abstract
The right to food is proper to human existence. In Ecuador, single-parent families are more recurrent, therefore, the parent who separates from the family nucleus is responsible for spending a certain amount, which is called alimony. With the high unemployment rates, the compliance outlook for the obligor is not very favorable. For the execution of this research, the following methods were used: documentary, analytical, synthetic and logical, in addition to the exegetical legal method to know the scope of the law and the possible violation of rights, the result determines that there is no legal and that if the obligors are allowed to make payments in an amortized manner, as long as they comply with all of their obligation.
