Abstract

Effective judicial protection is characterized by being a constitutional right guaranteed by the State in its maximum expression; From the basic notions, access to justice is only the first step to exercise this right, implying that within the process due process is guaranteed, the determination of the substantiated procedure within a reasonable period or term. The main objective of the work is to analyze the role of the State in the face of effective judicial protection, through its justice operators, regarding the reasonable period of time in the substantiation of processes. The research methodology is the qualitative-quantitative modality, under documentary legal research with the hermeneutical interpretation of the consulted bibliography.
