Informal Commerce in Machala city in a Post-Pandemic Situation in 2020; regulation in the Legal System and Proposed Ordinance.
Abstract
Informal trade is a phenomenon typical of all economies worldwide; However, the central element of discussion is the right to work; It is a topic of interest for the GAD in Ecuador; Therefore, the interest arises to analyze the regulation in the legal system and the proposed ordinance of informal commerce in the city of Machala in a post-pandemic situation in 2020. A bibliographic documentary modality is applied and among the results, the main source of law is the constitution that contains fundamental principles, rights, and guarantees that protect the development of the legal system. The promulgation of municipal ordinances is one of the representations of the constitutional principle of autonomy.
