Abstract

The present research work was carried out in the micro-company Incubadora Incucampos in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas. At present, it presents administrative and infrastructural problems due to the ignorance of its owners and collaborators in the field of tourism, causing non-compliance with administrative processes; Therefore, it was necessary to develop a design of a strategic plan, in order to provide the owner with the ideal tools for the company to work towards the same direction and objective. The qualitative-quantitative modality was used, which allowed us to analyze the problem in a clearer way, through the application of the different methods, techniques and instruments used.
