Training of human talent in the assurance of university quality in Peru.
Abstract
The objective of the research is to evaluate the permanent training of human talent in the assurance of university quality in Peru. It was based on a quantitative approach with emphasis on a type of descriptive research with a non-experimental field design. Institutional accreditation of universities in Peru has been developing in recent years with the aim of raising the quality of university education, improving the academic offer based on constituting a graduation profile in accordance with the social demands of the country; highlighting the need to deepen the permanent training of human talent, referring to the research and innovation factor.
