Abstract

The present research was carried out at the Ricardo Flores Magón Rural Normal School (ENRRFM) during the 2020-2021 school year, developed through a pragmatic paradigm, with a mixed approach, the design was concurrent. The main objective is to analyze the areas of opportunity in the Inclusive Teacher Profile (PDI) in ENRRFM students. Regarding the self-perception of the development of an inclusive culture, it was found that 30.9% of the sample perceive themselves as having suitable training, with respect to inclusive policies 51.5% consider having suitable training, while 48% in inclusive professional practices it is established at a satisfactory level. The areas of opportunity were classified into four areas: cognitive, attitudinal, contextualization of learning, professional practice.
