Abstract
Given the conditions of the world context, due to the scourge of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Therapeutic and Prophylactic Physical Culture programs demand a process through which a strategic system of actions is applied with the conception of physical respiratory exercises for development. of students that implies a developing, stimulating and complete role to facilitate the process of raising their quality of life and social integration, all of which shows the need for a comprehensive biological and psychological treatment. The proposal presents physical breathing exercises from the teaching-learning process as a way to activate developer learning. A systems approach is used in its conception that will contribute to the logic of your organization.
