Academic stress and hybrid education in university students in times of the new educational normality.
Abstract
The objective of the research was to reveal and describe academic stress and hybrid education in university nursing students in times of the new normal. For the analysis of the study, theoretical references on academic stress and its relationship with COVID-19 were used, using the qualitative methodological approach. After collecting the data, analyzing the information with the participants during the interview and through content analysis, the meanings of 4 theoretical categories emerged: Category 1: Hybrid learning model. Category 2: Stress, social distancing, and safe return to college. Category 3: Stress and online learning, and Category 4: Face-to-face return to university and hospital.
