Abstract

This article is the product of a qualitative research carried out at the Enrique Guzmán y Valle National University of Education. It arises as a concern to know how the pedagogical - investigative attitude of teachers is manifested in the management of their knowledge. The methods used were hermeneutical and holistic. The design is mixed in the ethnographic modality. The techniques used were observation, structured interview and surveys. As instruments, observation sheets, interview guides and questionnaires were used. The main results indicate that there is little expression of the pedagogical-investigative attitude through the management of teaching knowledge. It was identified that there is little expression of the pedagogical - investigative attitude in the management of teaching knowledge.
