Analysis of the results of the application of the formative evaluation in the teaching of Biology at the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle, 2020.

Abstract

In recent years there have been efforts to improve formative assessment. The objective was to determine the perception of strategies of the formative evaluation in the teaching of Biology. It was a quantitative, descriptive study with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population was 65 students of the specialty of Biology. The reliability of the instrument was 0.976. The level of perception of the strategies was that 34.77% of the teachers apply a high level, 47.99% at a medium level and 17.23% at a low level. It was concluded that the perception of the students is higher in the learning assessment approach, and in general, the application of strategies was a medium level.
