Quality of the educational service and academic level of university students in Lima.
Abstract
The purpose of the research was to establish whether there was an association between the perception of the quality of the educational service and the academic level of the students of a public university. The non-probabilistic sample consisted of 91 students, who answered the SERVPERF Scale, designed to evaluate the perception of the quality of educational service. The academic level was obtained by averaging the grades of the subjects taken in the 2019-I cycle. The general result showed that the perception of the educational service did not have a direct and significant association with the academic level of the students. The theoretical explanation suggests that the variance of the academic level is due to other factors and has little to do with the perceived quality of the educational service.
