Abstract

Due to the pandemic, the modality of university study changed, and virtuality brought with it adaptation problems, which generated academic stress, and the limited physical activity due to the restrictions negatively complemented the professional training of the students. During the tense moments that the whole world lives, it is necessary to take urgent measures to control and lower the high levels of stress with psychological support, and to develop physical activities, either from home or outdoors that allow students to free themselves. of all the tensions that student life exerts from the virtual modality as well as not being able to interact physically with the rest of the cloisters or with each other.
