Teacher training in Artistic Theater Education and its relationship with fundamental readings.
Abstract
The teacher training in Artistic Theater Education in Peruvian education has resulted in presenting immediate artistic products due to the effect of publicizing the career with attractive presentations, thus neglecting the fundamental theoretical training of the specialty. Professional training, the specialization of the teaching teacher in Artistic Theater Education limits to a great extent that he can responsibly assume his work by having to seek compulsory training provided that the subject has the desire to improve for a teacher training according to Peruvian educational interests . This study analyzes the current state of Theater Arts Education and determine the factors that influence teacher training, by using Saaty's AHP method.
