Rubric and achievement of competencies for students in Higher Technological Education.
Abstract
The present investigation determines the influence of the application of the rubric in the achievement of competences in higher education students. A quantitative research was carried out with a quasi-experimental design. The competency assessment rubric was applied to the experimental group. The questionnaire was validated by expert judgment and the reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha. The results show that the application of the rubric does not positively influence the achievement of knowing how to be of the students; However, it positively influences knowing and knowing how to do; concluding, that the application of the rubric positively influences the achievement of competences framed in the student's skill but does not form attitudes.
