Abstract

The research entitled: Human talent and academic performance of the Professional School of Humanities, La Cantuta, 2020, aimed to demonstrate the relationship between human talent and teaching performance in the Professional School of Humanities. It was a study with a quantitative, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional, retrospective approach; with a census sample of 60 units, to whom two scale-type instruments with a closed questionnaire were applied. The results indicate that the Spearman correlation test (rho), with a confidence level of 95%, had a correlation coefficient of 0.639> 0.089. It is verified that there is a sustainable qualitative development of human talent in the academic performance of the teachers of this institution.
