Abstract

The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between human relationships and teaching performance at the Felipe Santiago Estenos Educational Institution, Chaclacayo, 2019. The type of study was basic, correlational level, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design. The sample was non-probabilistic and consisted of 95 teachers from the institution itself. The prepared questionnaires were validated and subjected to the Cronbach's alpha reliability test through a pilot test. The results obtained indicate that there is a significant relationship between human relations and teaching performance in the institution under study. This is demonstrated by the Spearman statistical test, which indicated a high mean positive correlation.
