Effectiveness of the educational simulator of childbirth for learning in obstetrics students of a university.
Abstract
The present research aims to determine the effectiveness of the educational simulator of childbirth in the learning of obstetric students of a university. Developing a type of applied research, correlational level, and pre-experimental design, considering as a sample 66 students who were in the 4th year of their professional obstetrics career. It is used as a data collection technique for the survey and as an instrument for the questionnaire. It was concluded that the use of the educational simulator is effective in terms of the development of learning about childbirth, both in the comprehensive care of the same, and in the learning of those fundamental care of the newborn.
