Abstract

The research aims to establish the relationship between the burnout syndrome and the institutional climate in a group of teachers. For data collection, three public schools in the district of Lurín were chosen and the Maslach Burnout Inventory test and the Institutional Climate questionnaire were used to collect information, both instruments validated and with acceptable reliability verified by the Alpha statistical test. of Cronbach. It was determined that 80% of the respondents present the syndrome at various levels, which is a negative indicator, and it is recommended to address it in the respective institutions. Each of the dimensions was also evaluated and recommendations are offered in accordance with the conclusions reached.
