Comprehensive training of international business and administration students.

Abstract

The progress and the needs of the business world of society oblige us to prepare future generations to orient themselves and act in a world where training in management and international business has become a vital component for economic activity. This article contributes to the integral formation of the university student, focused on determining how the Tutoring system optimizes the integral formation of the students of the International Business and Administration career of the Faculty of Business Sciences and Tourism of the National University of Education. Based on the analysis of interviews, the focus of the research and the statistical treatment, the representation of a project that meets the needs presented is proposed.
