Organizational culture and job satisfaction in teachers of the Graduate School.
Abstract
The present work investigates the relationship between the variables Organizational culture and job satisfaction in teachers of the graduate school of the National University of Education. The stratified random sample was made up of 200 teachers. The research had a quantitative approach, correlational scope, and cross-sectional design. The instruments Inventory of quality of service in process, and job satisfaction in services were applied, evaluating the validity of the content and reliability of said instruments, with the coefficients v of Aiken, and of Cronbach, respectively. The results were analyzed with the Pearson correlation parametric statistical test to measure the relationships postulated in the general hypothesis and the specific hypotheses.
