Proposal of an instrument to contextualize interactions through information technologies of the relatives of hospitalized patients.
Abstract
The evolution of Information Technologies incorporates changes in e-Health communication, fostering research initiatives. The construction and validation of a first questionnaire is proposed to study the context of interactions through the use of information technologies of the relatives of hospitalized patients. The construction was supported by the phases proposed by Hernández Sampieri, the validation based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient and the construct through factor analysis. An instrument with 20 items distributed in three dimensions and demographic data was obtained. It presents excellent reliability and reliability, making it suitable for objectively measuring the interactions of the relatives of hospitalized patients in the absence of a similar instrument.
