Teleworking; an alternative to face COVID-19 in the Accounting and Finance career at the Yara municipal university center.

Abstract

This research is related to the application of telework in the Accounting and Finance career that is studied at the Yara Municipal University Center, belonging to the University of Granma. It refers to the theoretical foundations of the subject, shows an activity plan for teachers and students, with a view to facing the COVID-19 pandemic. The research provides experiences as a result of the new form of management to contribute to the teaching-educational process. Theoretical and empirical methods were used, they allowed to provide favorable results. The main conclusions are aimed at teachers, students, with a view to meeting the objectives and goals proposed in the period, taking into account the measures to avoid contagion.
