Abstract

The research aims to determine the incidence of business resilience in the management of processes and productivity of companies in Peru. It was methodologically based on a descriptive correlational type. Given that the significance is .627 being less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), the H1 or affirmative hypothesis is accepted and H0 or null is rejected, which indicates that business resilience has a favorable impact on the management of processes and productivity, being an opportunity for companies that have suffered losses, closures, layoffs, to take into account resilience as a cooperative ally of process management with the intention of enhancing the possibility of remaining in the market.
