Manifestations of work stress in ESPOCH teachers in the ordinary academic period April-September 2021.
Abstract
This paper addresses the partial results of the research on the problem of work stress in ESPOCH teachers in the ordinary academic period April-September 2021, based on the application of instruments to a sample of these investigated subjects. It was possible to appreciate the physical and psychological conditions, the increase in sedentary lifestyle and work stress of the teachers, as well as their attitude towards participation in a project based on the practice of physical-recreational activities. This research is to obtain the degree of Doctor in Physical Education that is carried out at the Center for Studies for Educational Quality and Scientific Research, Toluca, Mexico.
