Quality of academic training in times of pandemic: student experiences in a public state university in Mexico.
Abstract
The objective of the study was to explore student experiences about the quality of training received through the academic continuity plan of a public state university in Mexico in times of pandemic. A case study was carried out, in which 17 undergraduate students participated through virtual discussion forums. The academic continuity plan allowed to continue studying at a distance and preserved health care; However, the lack of teaching qualification to work remotely, the lack of spaces and technological resources, and the apathy that some students and teachers inhibit satisfactory results. The study shows areas of opportunity and institutional challenges to face.
