Abstract

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, face-to-face classes have had to be suspended: for this reason, the objective of this work is to identify the training needs of upper secondary education teachers of the technological baccalaureate to teach e-learning classes during the pandemic COVID-19. The research was quantitative, with a non-experimental exploratory and descriptive design. To obtain the information, a survey designed in Microsoft Forms applied to 337 teachers was used, divided into general data, digital skills, technical aspects and pedagogical aspects; concluding that pedagogical aspects have a positive impact on technical aspects and these in turn with digital skills.
