University Social Responsibility (RSU): perception of administrative public servants of the Technical University of Machala, Ecuador.
Abstract
The importance of universities promoting and practicing USR has increased considerably. This article identifies the perception that the administrative servers of the Technical University of Machala (UTMACH) have about USR, analyzing its evolution, initiatives, guidelines, advantages, its development in Ecuador and previous studies at UTMACH. It is an applied, descriptive research, and the results were obtained by surveys, which served to make a multiple linear regression model, and a series of tests were applied to verify the estimate; among them are the test of normality, heteroskedasticity and multicollinearity. All this allowed to reach conclusions as well as an analysis for a better management of new RSU strategies.
