Legal analysis of public policies on Public Security in Mexico.

Abstract

This article aims to demonstrate that the way of designing public policies on public security often affects the substance, because they are strategies or only actions that seek to fix the problem of insecurity, and that is why if it is mentioned that a Public Policy is the one that attends to the public problem and attends to it in order to respond to that public problem; therefore, you must solve it; This work has been divided into an analysis of the evolution of Public Security, from the birth of the National Public Security System, the National Guard and the use of the military in public security tasks until the current government.
