Abstract

This paper focuses on determining the need for public and private organizations to implement an institutional file system and establish a relationship with knowledge management. In this study, an analysis of the guidelines, procedures and organizational structure established in the current regulations is carried out for its applicability in the transfer and use of information based on the concept of document management, strengthening competitiveness by having coordinated and homogeneous processes. from the generation of a document to the accessibility by internal or external members of the organization.
