Analysis of the economic policies of Ecuador and their impact on economic growth: Period 2007-2020.

Abstract

The Ecuadorian economy, within the period 2007-2020, has witnessed positive and negative changes, given the policies implemented by two governments; this being the reason for generating a contrasted analysis in both mandates. The objective of the study is: To analyze the economic policies applied in Ecuador and their impact on economic development during the period 2007 to 2020. The research methodology is qualitative and quantitative, documentary, and descriptive. The discussion reflects the analysis of the fluctuation in the total production of goods and services in the country, making a contrast in economic growth and economic policies within the mentioned period, data sourced from the World Bank.
