Higher education in international relations between Mexico and Canada: a historical perspective.
Abstract
This paper addresses, from a historical perspective, the process of international relations between Mexico and Canada, in terms of higher education. The historical conditions of each nation in this educational field are highlighted, in order to provide a clearer view of the circumstances that have influenced the exchanges carried out. With these elements, some pending subjects are also opened, since in certain historical contexts, the discursive management of educational collaboration is dissociated from the realistic scenario that these two North American countries maintain.
