Labor challenges for preschool teachers in Mexico: an approach.
Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the working conditions of preschool teachers. As of 2010, teachers at various levels, mostly women, have faced various working conditions that pose permanent challenges such as taking an exam for the public teaching service, competing for a job with other related or not so related professionals, in addition to receiving constant training and updating. With these actions, a significant improvement in the quality of education is expected. It is concluded that it is necessary to improve the conditions of this sector of education professionals if educational excellence is to be achieved for the benefit of students and society.
