Challenges of universities in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic and its analysis based on organizational theories.

Abstract

The pandemic caused by COVID-19 has changed social structures around the world and Higher Education Institutions have also been affected. Since the closure of the universities, new ways of managing have been experimented with, even the competences of the staff and students have been transformed from said event; This is why they currently face challenges and the theories of the organization are a theoretical tool that can support their actions. The objective of this paper is to analyze the current context of universities from documentary analysis and offer alternative solutions from the perspective of organization theories.
