Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the economic incidence of the sector, under a current pandemic scenario considering information from official agencies, through the application of a multiple linear regression model, where income is considered as a dependent variable, and purchases, expenditure. advertising, and interest expense as predictor variables, to determine which is the factor that mainly influences. Science and technology, the construction sector, responsible for the development, manufacture and sale of housing, urban projects, and road infrastructure, have experienced significant economic growth. The population was defined as companies that belong to the construction sector registered in the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance in the Province of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas.
