Quality model for food and beverage establishments with Gold R certification.
Abstract
Success in companies lies in achieving their objectives and leading to excellence, one of the disruptive elements being quality management, and with it, there is the gold R certification for food and beverage establishments promoted by the Autonomous Government Decentralized from the Riobamba canton, Ecuador. Maintaining the standard and even reinforcing it is a priority, which is why the quality model is designed based on a situational diagnosis, evaluation of operational and management processes, systematic analysis of processes for continuous improvement and taking the Deming cycle as a reference (plan, do, check and act). The research confirms the need to consolidate the effects of quality management.
