Critical legal analysis of the constitutional mutation and its influence on the rigidity of the constitution.

Abstract

In this scientific article, a critical legal analysis is made on the constitutional mutation that will allow us to raise awareness in the search for mechanisms that do not break the constitutional reform and amendment ordinances. In order to prove this argument, a survey directed to a group of professionals in constitutional matters and a documentary study were applied, with the application of these tools where the main affectations generated by an unlimited exegesis elaborated by the highest organ of control and constitutional interpretation in Ecuador were determined.
