Abstract

This document presents evidence of the importance of imparting financial education related to entrepreneurship to students who attend the technical professional level, mainly in marginal communities, where young people enter the labor market at an early age, and the entrepreneurship is an option for them. Through interviews conducted with entrepreneurs who have this professional training, it was found that the lack of financial education has been a problem that has been reflected in inadequate management of their monetary resources and in a lack of knowledge about where to find and how to value investment options. financing, which at some point they have needed to continue operating their companies.
