Abstract

Feminist groups today are becoming more and more noticeable, so this research aims to highlight a problem that is on the rise and that is media influence, an influence that generally conditions the perception of the community and in some things of society about the events that occurred, even judging before starting or ending the respective criminal process; same that sometimes leads to a homicide or murder of a woman being treated as femicide due to the media exposure given to them by these groups. It is also considered that any aggravation of this criminal offense must be subject solely and exclusively to criminal political needs, which would be the only legitimate reasons that justify said act.
