Urban tribes and discrimination; a review from labeling.

Abstract

This article addresses the issue of young people who are part of urban tribes and the social difficulties that lead them to criminal predisposition, with the aim of analyzing from criminology the responsibility of society by excluding and discriminating against them due to their ideologies and appearance. , for which a non-experimental design applied transversally was used, of an exploratory type elaborated in a methodological approach with a qualitative approach. The results identify that they are victims according to the types of victims assigned by Hans von Hentig. Citizens have this perspective that they are groups of violent youth, and it is essential to deal with this problem.
