Minors who study and work: the commitment generated from the perceived leadership and the collaborative environment.
Abstract
The minor worker has been studied from different perspectives, but the commitment that he manages to generate in his work from the perception of leadership and the collaborative environment has not been emphasized. To study the described context, special attention is paid to the case of minor packers who work in supermarkets. From a sample of 191 Mexican minors, the regression analysis with mediation shows positive and significant values between the leadership style and the commitment generated with the organization, and in turn, tests the mediating effect of collaborative work to strengthen the leadership relationship. -commitment. These results show harmony in the literature and contribute to the construction of the identification, loyalty, and involvement of the minor with the company.
