Theoretical-Practical analysis of the development of competencies associated with advanced wound therapy in nurses at the General Hospital of Chetumal, Quintana Roo.
Abstract
Professional training has been a thematic line that has proliferated over time as a result of the search for best professional practices and for all areas of professional knowledge. This article aims to carry out a theoretical-practical analysis of the development of skills associated with advanced wound management in nurses at the Regional Hospital of Chetumal, Quintana Roo, regarding the unfavorable state of said process. This analysis demonstrates the lack of training that these professionals have to attend to aspects related to advanced wound management, which constitutes an increasingly complex and intractable problem in the Mexican health context.
