The Integrative Learning Project; an option for the development of generic skills in engineering students.
Abstract
The objective of this study is to analyze, from the perspective of the students of an engineering school, the impact of the elaboration of an Integrative Learning Project (PIA) in the development of generic competences. The study design is non-experimental, exploratory, descriptive and cross-sectional. The opinions of the students converge in that the project contributed to the development of skills such as: problem solving, decision making, creativity, teamwork, leadership, etc., which are relevant to function both professionally and personally. and that are part of the requirements of today's society. In addition, it is observed that this methodology promotes mastery of topics related to Physics.
