Abstract

The Comprehensive Organic Penal Code sanctioned abortion in the same way as the Constitutional Court, through ruling No.34-19-IN/21. The research aims to identify the lack of knowledge of the right of women victims of violence to access the interruption of pregnancy in the Public Health system; For this purpose, we proceed to analyze documentary sources on conscientious objection and voluntary interruption of pregnancy developed in the "Belem do Para" and "CEDAW" conventions, considering as a possible solution to the phenomenon of urgent reforms to the Comprehensive Organic Penal Code and the issuance of the Law that allows abortion.
