The labor insertion of minority groups GLBTI analyzed from the constitutional scope.

Abstract

This project has an analytical approach to the protection of the rights of minority groups of the GLBTI community in reference to labor law, in which fundamental principles, Constitutional Court rulings and the Magna Carta itself are analyzed; which leads us in this document to review the historical social struggles and the current social reality to achieve protection rights and access to work, the objective of this project being to determine the need to create new public policies aimed at generating employment and the employment access of LGBTI groups; This document has been carried out using inductive-deductive scientific methods and a work whose line is qualitative.
