Abstract

The development of humanity will always be related to technology, since without a doubt, the access that humanity has to it has made it possible to facilitate many tasks and solve certain needs quickly and effectively. Considering the aforementioned, it is transcendental that people have access to technology, and for this reason, this research aims to "Ground the consideration of access to technology as a human right, to guarantee the development of society in an equitable manner", managing to obtain as a result the need that access to it must be guaranteed to all people in the world. For this purpose, a quantitative, cross-sectional and non-experimental research was applied.
